George Molakal
George Molakal MBA, PLDA, PEVC - CEO

George manages the Fund and its portfolio of companies across multiple continents. These companies range from Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering Robotics, Electric vehicles, Investment Banking Education, Solar, Smart Cities and Service Industries. George has a wide international experience in Mergers and Acquisitions having done cross-border transactions over the last decade in several continents with focus from North America to South Asia and MENSEA. Aside from his special expertise in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, George is involved in private equity and venture capital transactions, executing billion-dollar buyout transactions. George is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Oxford University and Cardiff University. George has a variety of exposure working with the Government, Public Sector, WHO, NGO’s and Private Sectors.

Mike Katz
Mike Katz – Board Member

Mike has more than 20 years experience working in various capacities in multinational corporations. After his studies in Harvard Business School, Mike bought a company and built its revenue multifold and improved the profitability and overall employee morale with great customer service. Mike focuses on creating value in every process creating great solutions for the company. Mike has a track record of the creative turnaround of average and sick units to build phenomenal successes. Mike has worked previously with GE in various leadership roles improving revenues, profitability, and global business. Mike has outstanding work experience in Cummins working domestic and international teams, lean production and building the organization through efficiency and productivity.

Art Holbrook
Art Holbrook - MBA, Board Member

Art has over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in multiple businesses serving in various capacities as President, Principal, General Manager, and a member of the Board of Directors of several private equity-owned ventures. After his studies at Harvard Business School, he founded multiple private equity startups and acquisitions of privately held investments in the Cable TV and Satellite Communications industries (successfully operating, organically growing, horizontally expanding, and ultimately selling the businesses). Art has served as Chairman and CEO of Humanetics, a manufacturer of custom precision fabricated metal parts and products for Fortune 500 OEMs and their CEMs, serving international markets including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, China and India. Art is leading one of the most disruptive tech companies in the world in payment gateway for employees earned income serving millions of people across nations.
